Our homes are built on point or strip foundations.
Floor Insulation
A++ house floor heating 420mm. Insulation layer. (illustration)
Wall insulation
The walls of an A++ house are heated with 240mm. The insulation layer uses PIR panels with high thermal resistance and rock wool for good sound insulation. (illustration)
Roof Insulation
The roof of the A++ house is heated to 400mm. The insulation layer uses PIR panels with high thermal resistance and rock wool for good sound insulation. (illustration)
Windows
All houses are equipped with A++ category plastic windows
Facade Decoration
The facade is finished with spruce siding and/or Ruukki classic sheet metal.
Heating System
Air-to-water heat pumps or air-to-air heat pumps with underfloor heating are used for home heating.
Cooling System
An air conditioning system is installed to cool the house.
Ventilation System
A heat recovery system is installed in A++ category homes
Solar Power Plant
We equip our homes with solar power plants. Power plant capacity is adjusted individually for each project
