The architectural concept is provided by the client, while we prepare the technical structural drawings and manufacture the prefabricated elements.

TWO DELIVERY MODELS
ONE RELIABLE OUTCOME
2D PANEL CONSTRUCTION
Structural elements including walls, floors, and roof slabs are factory-produced and assembled on site.
This method is optimal for projects requiring architectural flexibility, customized layouts, and efficient coordination of on-site interior works. It allows greater control over design adaptation while maintaining predictable production quality.
3D MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
Fully finished volumetric modules, often complete rooms, are manufactured off-site and delivered to the construction site for final assembly.
This solution is best suited for standardized or repeatable projects, accelerated timelines, and locations with limited site access or high labor costs. It significantly reduces on-site work and improves schedule and cost certainty.
Houses are built on strip or pile foundations.
The walls are insulated with rock wool, thus achieving high thermal resistance and good sound insulation properties.
The roof is insulated with rock wool, thus achieving high thermal resistance and good sound insulation properties.
The most suitable roofing material is selected for each project – shingles, tiles, tin, etc.
Plastic, wooden or aluminum windows are installed.
Various facade finishing options are available – structural plaster, clinker, slate, tin, siding, etc.
